The USTA-Southern California “Facebook” page is filled with tennis information that will be relevant to individuals, teams, tournaments and activities throughout the section. To encourage more people to become a Facebook “friend”, there will be frequent news updates, along with a weekly Wednesday Tennis Trivia contest. Each Thursday, a random drawing will take place among those who have provided the correct answer, and that individual will receive a special tennis gift.
And, saving the best for last, the 3,000th tennis fan who joins the USTA- Southern California Facebook page will receive the ultimate prize—Two tickets to the 2012 Farmers Classic singles and doubles final, along with having his/her feature story appear in the SCTA’s monthly E-News.
